As a companion service to the construction industry or for facilities management, B-CAD offers on-site field surveys to verify existing conditions of a building. As-Built drawings must reflect accurately all conditions of the structure and serve as permanent record documentation. B-CAD understands this principle and guarantees the final result to every client's satisfaction.

The personnel performing the surveys are broadly experienced in this type of activity. A logical and methodical plan is executed to accomplish the most accurate and complete representation of your facilities or buildings. Final CAD drawings are prepared that incorporate all of the measurements taken and the plans are made to comply with all observed conditions.

B-CAD staff members are professionals and are conscious of safety issues as well as observing conduct etiquette at the client's site. When a building being surveyed is occupied all efforts are made to have as little impact as possible on the population and their normal routine. If there are sensitive areas that must be observed, the crew will obtain permission ahead of time to gain access or request a chaperone. All client safety regulations are discussed and observed prior to entering a job site. We have had no safety violations or Workmen's Compensation claims in our 14 year history.
