New Identity for Document Management - B-doc

This new subdivision of Brandywine CAD Design provides a wide range of document management services for all industries. Driving this new identity is the growing need for business' to convert from paper to electronic format. B-doc assists the client in eliminating their years of archived documents stored in file cabinets and storage rooms and to manage their on-going business using all electronic files and data retrieval.

New Printing Service

Brandywine CAD Design (B-CAD) announces its new, expanded plotting/printing service for Architects, Engineers & Builders. B-CAD has developed a unique system allowing the user to log in through their website, and simply drag and drop their plot files to their plot repository area. The user need only fill in an on-line form describing how many copies, and other specifics - and then- the drawings are collated, laser-printed, and delivered.

B-CAD will also save the plot files to accommodate future copy requests. This is particularly helpful with bidding and construction documents where contractors may require additional copies.

Announcing Remote Project Management

Brandywine CAD Design (B-CAD) announces its latest product: Electronic Remote Project Management (RPM). B-CAD's remote project management provides a user-friendly, web-based central repository for all project documents that need to be shared by a team.

To use, a team member simply logs on through B-CAD's website. From this point, the team member can view, print, redline, upload or download, any file. All important documents are organized, and accessible 24/7, according to role-based privilege control.

This system works particularly well for projects that must show and share documents among members, in different locations. One example for its use involves a design/construction project team, which would include the owner, design consultants, contractors and vendors.
